Southern Voyage Fishing Charters provides a range of fishing excursions tailored for anglers of all skill levels. Our options span from the inland marsh grasses to the nearshore wrecks and ledges in the ocean. We cater to diverse preferences and interests, so if you do not see an option. In addition to our guided fishing trips, we also offer eco-tours and sunset tours allowing clients to explore the Crystal Coast, from Swansboro, NC to Cape Lookout, NC

INSHORE FISHING CHARTER
Our Inshore Fishing Charter's are available in a 2-hour or 4-hour charter. We target a range of species such as Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, Gray Trout, and more. Our method to catch vary from artificial bait, live bait, and chunk bait.
NEARSHORE FISHING CHARTER (OCEAN)
Our Nearshore Fishing Charter's are available in a 6-hour or 8-hour charter. This charter option ventures up to 25 miles offshore on our Onslow Bay. We target a variety of species such as King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Amberjack, Bonito, and more. This option has the chance to come across Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Sailfish. Our method of fishing during nearshore charters consist of live bait trolling and jigging techniques.
LAND BASED SHARK FISHING CHARTER
Our Beach Shark Fishing Charter's are offered in a 2-hour or 4-hour charter. If you are a shark enthusiast or want to scientifically tag a shark for research, this charter option is for you. Target sharks vary but tend to consist of Sand Bar Sharks, Blacktip Sharks, Sand Tiger Sharks, Bull Sharks, and Dusky Sharks. Rather not leave your rental? Call and we will arrange coming to you.
ECO TOURS or SUNSET TOURS
Our Eco Tour or Sunset Tour are available in a 2-hour or 4-hour charter, allowing you to explore the stunning coastline at your own pace. Cruise along Swansboro and Emerald Isle or Beaufort and Morehead City. Visit places like Hammocks Beach, nearby sandbars, or Swansboro Waterfront in the Swansboro area or venture into the Beaufort and Morehead City area with the options of visiting Shackleford Banks, Beaufort Waterfront, Morehead City Waterfront, and Cape Lookout. Enjoy activities such as dolphin watching, wild horse watching, sandbar hopping, clamming, cast netting, crabbing, and searching for shark teeth and sand dollars.
CAPTAIN YOUR BOAT
Hire Captain John for personalized fishing expertise. Rates are $100 per hour on your boat, Captain John offers a range of services including inshore and nearshore live baiting, jigging, offshore trolling, pelagic fishing, and bottom fishing. Whether you're interested in tournaments or seeking guidance on boat handling skills like trailer deployment and docking, Captain John provides expert instruction. Enhance your navigation skills with hands-on training using your boat.
